Cherokee, NC Day Trip

Charles Towne Landing and Charleston Day Trip
Saturday, 11 April (8:00 am- 7:00 pm) $29 per person for park admission and transportation. Charles Townes Landing State Historic Site sits on a marshy point, where a group of English settlers landed in 1670 and established what would become the birthplace of the Carolina colony.

Charles Towne Landing introduces visitors to the earliest colonial history of Charleston. Interact with hands-on exhibits in the Visitor Center, talk to knowledgeable staff members, and take an audio tour on the self-guided history trail along with stepping aboard and tour the Adventure, Charleston's only 17th-century replica sailing ship. Then enjoy a relaxing day in the heart of historic Charleston for dining and shopping. Colonial Living History Park and Aiken Day Trip
Saturday, April 25th, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, $19 per person, includes transportation. The Park was designed so the community could enjoy a passive greenway atmosphere reminiscent of the 18th century. The Park represents North Augusta and the surrounding areas of the 1716-1785 periods during which it played a vital role in the development of South Carolina and Georgia (colonies at the time) through the Indian Trade.

National Whitewater Center Rafting Trip with Outdoor Rec
Saturday, May 2, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm, $14 per person: includes transtportation. True whitewater rafting only 1 hour up the road!! Tackle the same white water that the United States Olympic Team uses to train for upcoming events. Even if rafting isn't your thing, the US National Whitewater Center has so much more to offer.

Weston Lake Beach Bash

Whether you want to beat the heat and take a swim or grill with your friends and family, Weston Lake has everything you need to make this a Memorial Day weekend to remember. Hiking and Sightseeing at Chimney Rock

Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park is located in Chimney Rock Village near Lake Lure in the NC mountains.
