Transportation
On post schools are located in or near housing areas, so students may walk to school. Crossing guards are provided for the children’s safety. Middle and high school students are transported by bus to Dent Middle School and Richland Northeast High School. Click on

The Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children has
been passed in South Carolina. South Carolina joins 31 other states by
recognizing that the mobile military lifestyle creates tough challenges for
children who attend, on average, six to nine different school systems from
Kindergarten to 12th grade.
