Eva Allen
ACE certified, Eva has been teaching for more than 38 years in various areas of health and physical education. Her favorite style of class is water aerobics with weight resistance. Gardening is one of her favorite hobbies. As a retired person, Eva is totally focused on spreading better health and her dream home.

Evie Belton
AFAA certified Evie has been teaching since 1994. Her favorite style of class is step with creative choreography. She loves dancing and spreading the gift of dance. She is the founder and executive director of Vibrations an urban dance company.
Fitness philosophy: “Better do it for life, to enrich life.”

Pamela Greene
Pam holds various certifications including AFAA and ISSA, Pam has been teaching for more than 12 years. Her favorite style of class is yoga. She enjoys building a stronger relationship with Christ on her Christian walk. She is a fitness trainer and organizer of various wellness programs that promote greater health and fitness.
Fitness philosophy: “Everything is better when you work it out!”

Cyndy Hartman
AFAA and Pilates certified, Cyndy has been teaching since September 2005. Her favorite style of class is Pilates. She devotes her free time to studying and exercising. She is a full time Occupational Therapist.
Fitness philosophy: “Just do it!”

Deborah Jacobs
Fitour certified Deborah is new to the world of teaching, but not new to fitness. Her favorite style of class is high impact with weight training. She loves hiking, and cycling and anything outdoors. She is a registered nurse at Palmetto Health Richland.

Alecia Porter
Fitour certified Alecia is new to the world of teaching, but not new to fitness. Her favorite style of class is cardio boxing. She loves to travel and cook new dishes. She is an accounting, insurance and investment business owner.
Fitness philosophy: “Work out to stay healthy mentally, physically and spiritually. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you.”

Pamela Sulton
ACE certified for 25 years and Pamela has been teaching for 10 years with MWR. Her favorite style of exercise is working with special populations. She is married and a mother of two. She enjoys reading, classical and ballroom dancing as well as opera. She is an instructor of water and land classes.

Harry Williams
Health Directions certified Harry has been teaching for 14 years. His favorite style of exercise is step and jazz aerobics. He loves to dance and create visual art. He is an art teacher at Lexington Middle School.

Becky Rivard
Becky is new to teaching classes but has been doing personal training for 2 years. She is a NCSA certified personal trainer and is also a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Currently she works as an Athletic Trainer doing injury prevention and rehabilitation for the soldiers at Fort Jackson and also attends graduate school at USC.
Fitness philosophy: "Fitness is for everybody and every body
needs fitness."

Loraine Dunbar
Loraine holds her fitness certification with Health Directions. She has been teaching aerobics classes for about 6 years. She is also a personal trainer and has been offering her services as a trainer for 1 year. Her favorite workout is body sculpting with strength training. She loves relaxing, reading and traveling.
Fitness philosophy: 1 Corinthians 6:20…glorify God in your body. |

Chris Siau
ACE certified, Chris is new to teaching, but not to fitness. As a personal trainer, he has been working with people for almost 6 years. His favorite workout is circuit training. His favorite hobbies include just being active. He enjoys tennis, cycling, and being outdoors.
Fitness philosophy: Consistency…spend less time trying to learn the new exercise or diet and concentrate on just healthy living everyday. |
