“Get Ripped”

By Pamela Greene,
Fitness Programmer, MWR

One of the best things we can do for our bodies is get our health under control.  This can be hard to do especially if your after 5pm hours are as hectic as your daytime hours.  With that challenge on the table many companies are doing their part to help employees by making exercise at work.  This stands true because most people spend the better part of each day at work.

To continue to provide programs that meet the needs of employees “Get Ripped” was launched.  One of the most popular forms of exercise going today is circuit training.  It’s a time saver workout that really delivers quality results for the entire body.  Circuit training has so many benefits to offer to the new to exercise or the already committed exerciser.  Our 30 minute programs are available Monday through Friday beginning at 11:00am to 2:00pm over at Knight Pool.

Being able to get your exercise in during your day (before picking up children and cooking dinner) is one of many great reasons to give “Get Ripped” a try.  Our goal is to bring variety to a stagnant workout, improve your stamina, strength and so much more.

Here it is your turn to take control of your health by joining us and embrace your journey on the path of health and fitness.

For additional information, please contact Pam Greene at 751-5768
