Eligibility: Children under 19 years old and meet income eligibility guidelines.
Services Available: Provides financial assistance to low income families who need day care. Funds may be available for families whose children are under 19 years old and have income eligibility guidelines. Parents must be working, disabled or attending an educational or training program in order to be eligible for assistance. Parents must also share in the cost of day care.

Eligibility: Exceptional Family Member and DoD Civilians
Services Available: Provides respite care services that offer temporary relief to both families and caregivers, thus allowing them to rest and relax; engage in other daily activities; cope with additional daily responsibilities; and grow and stabilize the family unit. EFMP has a lending library that offers a selection of books that can be checked out Monday-Friday, 0730-1630. In addition, there is an information section offering on and off post community service materials, magazines, pamphlets, and materials for children. EFMP offers the following support groups: EFMP Support Group, EFMP Autism Support Group, EFMP Off-Post Support Group, and EFMP Sibling Support Group.
